Database Administrator Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our databases, providing expertise in database administration and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency in backups, restore, user management, securing the database environment with PostgreSQL/MongoDB/SQL Server Database Administration and Maintenance in Windows/Linux Environment.
  • Expertise in configuring master/slave replication with failovers and recovery scenarios.
  • Proven experience in on-prem to cloud database migration.
  • Familiarity with working on cloud environments (Preferably AWS).
  • Hands-on experience with Upgrade, Patching and Maintenance of PostgreSQL/MongoDB/SQL Server databases
  • Strong performance tuning skills of SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MongoDB database environment.

Requirements:

Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
