Profile Extrusion Production Manager

- Lead the profile extrusion production process, ensuring all profiles meet specified dimensions, appearance, and performance standards.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to identify and address defects, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of production and inspection data, providing insights for process improvements.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize resource allocation.
- Supervise, train, and motivate machine operators and production staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee the use of raw materials, waste control, and output quality, promoting sustainability and continuous improvement.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in PVC profile extrusion, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of PVC extrusion machinery and tooling, including process parameters, calibration, and machine settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Total experience of 10 yrs with minimum 5 years in PVC profile extrusion, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, including sustainability and digitalization.
