Lead AI Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge enterprise AI solutions.

This position is ideal for a forward-thinking engineering leader who can design, build, and optimize large language models using LangGraph and other orchestration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable knowledge architecture to integrate internal and external data sources.
  • Work with knowledge graphs to structure, enrich, and query data efficiently for model consumption.
  • Develop and maintain conversational agents capable of answering complex domain-specific queries.
  • Fine-tune or prompt-engineer models for performance, alignment, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with MLOps and infrastructure teams to deploy models and pipelines in production.
  • Evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, preferably with large language models.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of model pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience working with knowledge graphs.
  • Familiarity with large language models such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini.
