Senior NetSuite Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Senior NetSuite Expert to spearhead the implementation of business solutions for our clients. This individual will utilize industry best practices and methodologies to design, configure, and optimize NetSuite solutions that drive business efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record to Report (R2R): Develop and implement NetSuite solutions for R2R processes, ensuring seamless financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Configure and Manage NetSuite Modules: Utilize expertise in NetSuite business processes to configure and manage modules, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting.
• Drive Process Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to develop custom workflows, scripts, and reports to enhance NetSuite's R2R functionality.
• Hands-on Experience with Financial Reports: Possess hands-on experience with building financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Delivery Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients for Record-to-Record Workstream, providing exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Develop and Maintain Project Plans: Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and status reports, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage Project Scope: Identify and mitigate risks or potential delays, ensuring project scope is managed effectively.
• Facilitate Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and met.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members to ensure successful delivery and knowledge sharing.

• Procure to Pay (P2P): Develop and implement NetSuite solutions to support end-to-end P2P processes, ensuring streamlined procurement and payment activities.
• Optimize Workflows: Optimize workflows for purchase orders, approvals, and vendor communication, ensuring efficient and effective P2P processes.
• Implement and Support NetSuite Modules: Implement and support NetSuite modules, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Management, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Analyze Client Requirements: Analyze client requirements to develop tailored P2P solutions that meet business needs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Automate Key Processes: Automate key P2P processes working with Development teams through custom workflows, scripts, and integrations, ensuring increased efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements for procurement and payment activities, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to P2P processes within NetSuite, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

• Project Delivery Lead: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
• Develop and Maintain Project Plans: Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery, ensuring exceptional project outcomes.
• Facilitate Communication: Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are managed and met.
• Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify and mitigate risks or potential roadblocks during project execution, ensuring project scope is managed effectively.
• Provide Regular Status Updates: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Support User Training: Support user training and post-go-live activities to ensure successful adoption and utilization of NetSuite solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with NetSuite, including R2R process implementation and support.
• Proven track record in leading and delivering NetSuite implementation projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
• Proficiency in NetSuite business processes.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation) preferred.
• WMS, ARM, and Project Module Experience.
