Seeking a Part-Time Garment Designer for Active Wear

This is a hybrid role that requires creating innovative and functional designs for various garments.

The responsibilities include designing clothing concepts, selecting fabrics and materials, collaborating with other designers, pattern makers, and production teams.

Trend research and mood board creation will also be involved in the design process.

Requirements
  • Garment Design, Fashion Illustration, and Technical Sketching skills are essential
  • Experience in Fabric Selection, Textile Knowledge, and Material Sourcing is required
  • Trend Research and Mood Board Creation skills are crucial
  • Proficiency in Design Software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and CAD applications is necessary
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are expected
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field is mandatory
  • Prior experience in the fashion or garment industry is an advantage
