Telecommunications Network Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our international team as a telecommunications network expert.

This role involves delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions, utilizing your expertise in network architecture and design to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting advanced network problems with GTD-5 switches
  • Providing Tier 3 telephony and hardware support services
  • Collaborating with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network-related issues
  • Guiding field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement procedures
  • Documenting internal processes and mentoring junior engineers
  • Ensuring timely ticket updates and participating in an on-call rotation

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 5 years' hands-on experience with GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with call processing and translation technologies
  • Knowledge of central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance standards
  • Strong communication, customer service, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
