We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications professional to join our team as a key member of our operations team. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of cloud-based contact center solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. You will collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals, establish metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure, and negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
Key responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements, designing and implementing skills-based routing strategies, leading the deployment and integration of NICE inContact CXone solutions, and responding to telephony-related incidents while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years' overall experience, good experience in team management, and certifications in contact center management or NICE CXone platforms as advantageous.
You will work closely with business units, IT departments, and external vendors to align telephony solutions with organizational goals, provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices, and contribute to the development of the team through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
