About This Role:
As a Product Analyst, you will conduct data-driven deep dives to identify user pain points, quantify problem sizes, and propose actionable solutions.
You will lead product experimentation efforts, designing and analyzing tests to build confidence in feature investments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with product teams to establish KPIs that reflect feature impacts.
- Partnering with data, engineering, and data science teams to deliver a self-serve analytics platform.
- Ensuring our experimentation stack is optimized for business and product teams.
- Working with other product analysts to build a compelling narrative.
We seek someone with 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably within digital or fintech products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ownership mindset, be comfortable leading ambiguous problems, and possess excellent communication skills.
Required skills include:
- Strong SQL and Python proficiency
- Ability to form relationships across the business to promote data-driven decision making
- Capturing stakeholder requirements and building analytical solutions
- Self-starter who takes initiative in spotting opportunities and finding data-based solutions
