Senior Cloud Data Architect Role

Overview of the Position:

The organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Cloud Data Architect to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative data warehousing solutions utilizing Google Cloud Platform services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data architecture principles, guidelines, and standards for big data and data analytics using GCP services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement large-scale data processing pipelines.
  • Maintain and enforce data architecture standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in designing and implementing cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
  • Strong experience in Big Data, data modeling, architecting, and solutioning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Java.
  • Excellent understanding of data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Power BI.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Expertise in Big Query, Dataproc, Data Fusion, Dataflow, Bigtable, Firestore, CloudSQL, Cloud Spanner, Google Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Interconnect.

Additional Information:

  • Google Professional Cloud Architect certification is highly desirable.
