About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will lead the development of scalable data platforms and advanced analytics capabilities across the organization.

  1. You will define and execute a modern data engineering strategy aligned with AI and digital transformation objectives.
  2. You will architect scalable, cloud-native data platforms using Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, and Snowflake.
  3. You will build and scale high-performing teams of data engineers and scientists to deliver production-grade data solutions.
  4. You will establish reusable data pipelines, feature stores, and model training workflows for efficient data and ML lifecycle automation.
  5. You will enable rapid experimentation and deployment of predictive models, optimization algorithms, and statistical analyses.
