Back-end Software Developer Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced back-end software developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), distributed systems, and data modeling.

Responsibilities include designing and developing high-throughput, low-latency software for critical business processes, as well as overseeing the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build scalable and efficient software solutions using Kotlin or Java.
  • Design and develop core platform components, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Develop new features and functionality end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Debug and troubleshoot production issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in product engineering, with a strong focus on back-end development.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Expertise in distributed systems, high-throughput data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Kafka and Spring Boot, with a strong understanding of their applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, design, and debugging skills.
  • Fast learner with the ability to pick up and apply new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with customer-facing teams.
