Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
  • Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.
  • Providing financial guidance and support to other departments, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
