A Cyber Security Professional is required to lead the security of our IT Infrastructure and protect data. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Discovering threats using existing tools and identifying potential mitigation strategies to prevent security incidents.
- Designing and implementing a security incident response process.
- Acting as the primary control point during significant information security incidents, managing incident response plans, and generating detailed reports.
- Identifying and proposing key information security initiatives, plans, practices, and tools to senior management.
- Providing proactive support on approved information security projects, internal/external security audits, application security assessments, and reviews.
- Understanding emerging information security threats and vulnerabilities and communicating effectively across teams.
- Detecting and responding to cyber security threats and implementing remediation controls.
- Performing GRC assessments on IT infrastructure and applications and preparing plans to mitigate risks.
- Reviewing endpoint, network, and server hardening.
- Managing security compliance for endpoints, networks, servers, databases, and other systems.
- Protecting IT infrastructure and data with operating cybersecurity solutions.
We are seeking a talented professional with a Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, along with minimum 6 years of experience in Cyber Security.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong technical skills relevant to Information Security such as SIEM, IDAM, PIM/PAM, Breach Attack Simulation, and Micro Segmentation.
- Excellent knowledge and deep understanding of complex network and endpoint security principles and concepts.
- Practical knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Hypervisors.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions and ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
- Ability to assist with root cause identification for incident management.
- Familiarity with industry standards, best practices, and relevant regulations, including SSAE16, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, FISMA, NIST, ISO27000, CobiT, ISF, OWASP, SANS.
- Proficient analytical, technical research, and detail-oriented skills.
- Availability to work on-call whenever required.
This is a full-time employment opportunity located in Gurgaon, requiring a 6-day workweek from the office.
