Business Growth Expert Wanted

  • We seek an expert in business development to lead our company's expansion in India and international markets.

About the Job:

  • This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and overseeing the buying and selling of plastic resins.
  • You will represent the company at meetings, conferences, and tradeshows to promote products and trademarks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with resin producers in India.
  • Assist in monitoring logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocations.
  • Conduct market research to inform pricing strategies.
  • Prepare marketing reports analyzing market situations and trends.
  • Develop marketing ideas and strategies to attract potential customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India.
  • Able to work abroad or domestically, participating in business trips as needed.
  • Strong understanding of business policies and regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding leadership quality and negotiation skills.

Qualification:
