Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist to support our client's PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 system.

This role is responsible for production support and application enhancements, including:

  • Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Identify the potential impact of a proposed application change to other modules within the application.
  • Create and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, always following development standards.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test your own development work.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including experience with PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL and DMS Scripts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite.
