Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for assessing students' communication abilities, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assessing students' speech, language, and communication skills using standardized tests and informal evaluations
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs and goals
  • Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and expressive communication
  • Collaborating with teachers, occupational therapists, psychologists, and parents to support integrated student development
  • Monitoring and documenting students' progress and adapting therapy plans as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid certification or license to practice as a Speech Therapist (as per local/state regulations)
  • 3-7 years of experience working with children and adults with multiple disabilities
  • Familiarity with assistive technology and specialized instructional strategies
  • Patient, empathetic, and strong interpersonal skills
