Accounts Payable Professional

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking for a new challenge in Accounts Payable? We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities- Payable Management: Prepare expenses, stock, and payments, as well as accounting payment processing via banks.
- Commerce & Business Support: Prepare invoicing and create E-way bills for commerce and BOS e-commerce operations. Also, prepare receipts and accounting for consumption of inventory.
- Inventory Control: Evaluate gaps in the current manual inventory control process and standardize it for easy accessibility of information during monthly MIS and statutory requirements.
- Audit & IFC: Facilitate audits by dealing with internal and external audit teams. Assist in preparing period-end closure of books of accounts and ERP closures.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in handling Accounts Payable.
- Solid exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP Software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a team of 5-7 employees and work with multiple departments.
- Self-motivated individual who seeks out answers, generates ideas, and develops new skills quickly.
