We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Lead to join our team at Dun & Bradstreet. As a key member of our Pre Sales team, you will be responsible for unlocking the power of data through analytics, creating a better tomorrow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Data crunching to screen and process data, providing it to internal calling teams and sales teams.
  • Data cleansing and de-duplication to be done on the data maintained offline to avoid reallocation of renewal customer accounts and leads where teams are in touch.
  • Utilization of Orion tool for allocation of data for the tele calling team and reporting of data disposal MIS from Orion on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring timely feedback is shared with relevant stakeholders to update the database.
  • Sharing dashboards with the Management on a monthly basis for various associations/channels.
  • Recon with Marketing Communication team to be done on a weekly basis on the leads received.
  • Updating DUNS # for DRS in DEWS as per the guidelines specified.
  • Activation of DRS/ERS through online portal.
  • Maintaining data with minimal errors and timely updates.
  • Sharing online payment links with the team for faster payments from clients.
  • Publishing monthly dashboards by the 5th of every month to the leadership team to give insights for SER & DRS data utilization basis different parameters.
  • Pulling Business Information Reports from the system as per requests received from the sales team.
  • Maintaining and sharing MIS as backup (Corporate Usage, Scoop Deals & Rockstar of the Week).
  • Training new members on various applications such as DEWS/COPS and reports basis the requirement.
  • Taking up additional responsibilities whenever required for new projects.

Requirements:

  • Expert level proficiency in advanced Excel. Should be able to use Macros.
  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in data management.
  • Graduate should be the minimum criteria.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
