Our team seeks a skilled professional to fill the position of Accounting Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process and maintain accurate financial records to ensure timely completion of business transactions.
  • Manage accounts receivable and generate invoices according to established guidelines.
  • Update accounts payable, perform reconciliations, and maintain financial data integrity.
  • Support senior accountants in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports in accordance with legal and company requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other assignments as directed.
  • Ensure timely updates of financial information in databases for seamless access and accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior accounting personnel to prepare for monthly/yearly closings.
