Job Role:

Encompass Administrator

Seeking an experienced professional with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary administrator for Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Manage input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Collaborate with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

System Maintenance & Upgrades:

  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from the system provider.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

Integration Management:

  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Encompass administration.

Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.

Familiarity with compliance requirements is a plus.

Certifications are highly preferred.
