Job Title: Leading Quartz Mineral Processing Operations

Hiring for a seasoned professional to spearhead our quartz mineral processing operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and overseeing the entire cycle of quartz mineral processing from mines to finished products, with a strong understanding of mineral processing projects, including raw material handling systems and engineering.

Key responsibilities include achieving business targets, maximizing production volumes, and focusing on cost minimization and control. The successful applicant will possess excellent management skills with all departments and business heads, as well as the ability to develop and implement safety norms, statutory compliance, and zero accident policies.

Furthermore, you will work closely with support teams to mobilize, enroll, and monitor contractors/vendors/customers to meet business demands, effectively utilizing all resources, including plant and equipment, infrastructure, and manpower.

Additionally, you will analyze machinery availability and consumption data, manage procurement, spares consumption, and follow-up, while developing and ensuring proper Management Information Systems (MIS) on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly basis.

We are seeking a strategic thinker who can effectively plan and administer manpower, induction, and maintenance of sufficient teams to handle operations and maintenance (O&M). Your expertise should include knowledge of best mining practices to ensure right production while obtaining raw materials as per agreements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
