We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in project methodology, demonstrating a strong understanding of project management practices within the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring adherence to Prospecta's management, reporting, and governance standards
  • Coordinating resources and managing team dynamics
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing efficient solutions
  • Assisting in the production, review, and execution of test cases
  • Debugging and reporting issues during testing

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or engineering degree with a specialization in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics; a master's degree (MBA) is preferred. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are also required.
