Responsibilities:
- To source and procure high-quality products from reliable suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and negotiate contracts that meet our business objectives.
- To identify new suppliers who can provide competitive pricing and innovative solutions, expanding our procurement options.
- Proactively manage inventory levels, maintaining optimal stock quantities to avoid overstocking or understocking.
- Bills verification and vendor payment.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
