  • Proven experience in conducting Blue Print workshops and creating comprehensive business process documents.

  • Strong estimation and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

This role involves:

  • Conducting country Blue Print workshops and creating business process documents.
  • Providing solution guidance to clients when requirements exceed GV template capabilities.
  • Ensuring data conversion, loading, and verification accuracy.
  • Leading quality control efforts to ensure operational-level client satisfaction.

We require:

  • At least 6 years of experience in end-to-end project implementation.
  • Technical proficiency in SAP modules like Payroll and Time, with at least 4 full-cycle implementations.
