Oracle EPM Functional Consultant Opportunity:

Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to drive business decisions.
  • Oracle EPM Module Configuration: Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA.
  • Functional Expertise: Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops.
  • Testing & UAT Support: Drive testing, user acceptance testing, training, go-live, and post-production support for Oracle EPM implementations.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an end user, power user, or administrator of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, including PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and Reconciliation.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance degree or background in finance.
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials).
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain.
  • Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica.

 

Work Environment:

  • Flexible work arrangements to align with US business hours.
  • Availability during key milestone meetings.

 

Important Notes:

  • 3+ years of experience in EPM is required.
  • Candidates with dual employment history are not preferred.
