Job Title:

Oracle EPM Financial Close Specialist

Job Overview:

This position requires an experienced professional to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close processes.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM and a deep understanding of the financial consolidation and close process, including multi-currency, intercompany eliminations, and complex reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and close workflows.
  • Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions within the FCCS platform.
  • Configure and manage financial close workflows, ensuring efficient and accurate financial consolidations.
  • Design and implement data integration strategies between Oracle FCCS and other ERP/financial systems.
  • Provide expertise in intercompany eliminations, FX revaluation, and consolidation adjustments.
  • Develop and configure financial reporting solutions using Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Narrative Reporting.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimizing the system for performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution and user adoption.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM.
  • Deep understanding of the financial consolidation and close process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
