Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to manage the company's financial functions, including accounting, taxation, budgeting, and financial planning. This role involves handling transfer pricing documentation and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

This position requires a strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting & Financial Reporting:
    • Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
  • Taxation & Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
    • Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation, and coordinate with consultants and auditors on compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
    • Provide MIS and variance analysis reports to management, highlighting key financial trends and areas for improvement.
  • Treasury & Banking:
    • Monitor cash flows, fund requirements, and banking transactions, ensuring optimal use of company resources.
    • Assist in foreign exchange-related transactions, minimizing risks and maximizing returns.
  • Audit & Internal Controls:
    • Coordinate statutory, internal, and transfer pricing audits, identifying areas for process improvement and risk mitigation.
    • Strengthen internal control processes, ensuring robust governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless reconciliation and reporting.
    • Conduct periodic warehouse visits to verify stock levels and perform finance-related checks.
