Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a People Systems Analyst.

This role involves working closely with the People Operations and functional leaders to support business change, articulate requirements, test new solutions, and continuously improve existing systems, data, and processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

They will also be able to manage and maintain the Sage People HR system, including data integrity, workflow processes, auditing, and issue resolution.

In addition, they will provide second-line support for system-related queries from the wider business and develop and implement workflows that align with business policies and support the entire employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have experience with Sage People, strong data management and reporting skills, and an understanding of HR workflows, employee lifecycle, and people policies.

They will also have excellent stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, as well as experience delivering training or user support on HR systems.
