About This Role:

This position plays a pivotal part in the application onboarding process and collaboration with application owners to understand system specifics and explain integration requirements.

  • Accurately gather all relevant information for a seamless IAM experience
  • Coordinate, test, and validate custom development needs from app teams
  • Work closely with internal engineers to design integrations aligning with governance best practices and application demands
  • Support and coordinate app teams during UAT
  • Maintain precise statuses for onboarded applications

Key Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years' experience working in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst
  • Knowledge of Identity Mapping and source/target application configuration for attributes
  • Experience in developing custom workflow for LCM/JLM Provisioning
  • Expertise in managing SailPoint based Identity and access management Solutions
  • RBAC analysis and implementation capabilities
  • Launch and remediation processes expertise
  • Proficiency in developing forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates
  • Skill in creating custom reports and rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation
  • Familiarity with Life Cycle Management, Joiner Event, Leaver event, Manger Transfer event
  • Onboarding various applications into the IGA system
