About the RoleThe Senior TA Executive will be responsible for implementing best practices and driving recruitment initiatives, talent sourcing, and related HR activities.
- Supporting recruitment for different regions globally.
- Manage the candidate activity from posting, interviewing, scheduling interviews and preparing assessment reports.
- Contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Utilize recruiting technology to manage candidates through the selection process.
- Execute the transition from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain recruiting activity and statistics up to date and readily available.
- Provide ongoing recruiting measurements, and updates to the team.
- Identify and execute appropriate sourcing strategies defined by the business needs of internal and external resources available.
- Support in adhoc projects and Initiatives.
- Able to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple time zones in a global role.
- Role requires and allows flexibility and must act with a sense of urgency.
- Culturally sensitive and able to tolerate ambiguity.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, specially in manufacturing industry.
- Solid hands-on experience in sourcing techniques (Boolean search) and tools (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for Sales, G&A, R&D and technical roles in Manufacturing industry.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people of all levels and all geographical locations.
- Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on experience and location, plus benefits and bonuses
