We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Creating and posting job descriptions, as well as managing the interview process from start to finish.
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to ensure candidate fit.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
  • B basic understanding of technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science) and an interest in learning more.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions to ensure hiring goals are met.
  • Familiarity with Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and online recruitment tools (e.g., Indeed, Glassdoor) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience sourcing for technical roles (software development, IT, etc.).
  • Familiarity with technical interviewing practices or coding assessments.
  • Passion for tech and a desire to learn about emerging technologies.
