Lead multiple product development executions, decide direction for model development, and guide teams for work execution. Understand customer requirements and provide supporting evidence to management for project approvals. Report to management on product development status and build high-performing teams.

Competency Requirements

Technical / Functional

Stay updated on the latest happenings and emerging technologies in the automobile industry and gauge their impact on MSIL models. Hands-on work experience in engineering, testing, or planning. Technical knowledge of vehicle systems and sub-systems. Basic knowledge of IBOM, ECN/Drawing, Part development process, and Manufacturing plants. Good understanding of MSIL model development process.

Specific Expertise for Functional Area
