Job Description

As a Product Lead, you will play a key role in shaping our Debit Card product strategy. Your primary objective will be to maximize revenue and optimize costs by developing best-in-class customer-centric value propositions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build seamless onboarding experiences, track key metrics, and lead focused campaigns. Additionally, you will develop product strategies to maximize spends and profitability of various product suites, relevant to demographic and spending profiles of key customer segments.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing product roadmaps for existing and new product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to create PRDs, BRDs, user stories, feature specifications, and phasing design decisions.
  • Analyzing post-launch metrics and driving continuous iteration, making trade-off decisions as needed.
">Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A minimum of 6+ years of solid product management experience, preferably in consumer-facing products, including P/L management. A full-time Master's Degree from a Tier 1 B-School, majoring in Finance, Marketing, Management, or Business Administration is essential.

Experience in payments products, card products, or product management with a bank, wallet company, NBFC, payment processor, or payment consultant is a plus.

">Desired Experience

The ideal candidate should have 7-15 years of experience in Cards product management with a leading cards business/consumer bank. Strong knowledge of competitive frameworks and regulatory guidelines is required.

Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to articulate long-term customer and business needs.
