Job Opportunity:

Sophisticated software testing and automation are essential for shaping platforms powered by AI, machine learning, and large language models to accelerate innovation and deliver flawless releases at scale.

About the Role:

  • We seek an experienced SDET/test automation engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and robust test suites for web, mobile, and API applications using various tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, etc.
  • The ideal candidate will implement advanced test strategies—functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing powered by agentic AI and large language models (LLMs).
  • They will collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to define intelligent test coverage leveraging AI-driven agents, automated defect tracking, and dynamic reporting.
  • The successful candidate will drive CI/CD pipeline integration for scalable automation; continuously lead improvements in reliability, maintainability, and rapid feedback cycles.
  • They will investigate bugs, debug applications, and automate root cause analysis through LLM-powered workflows and agentic testing solutions.
  • Mentoring junior QA and automation engineers and actively participating in rigorous code and design reviews is also expected.
  • Applicants should be champions of the latest testing trends—integrating AI, agentic approaches, and LLMs in automated test authoring and validation.

Requirements:

  • A strong proficiency in Java or a similar language is required; mastery with test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, REST Assured) is essential.
  • Proven experience designing and building scalable automation frameworks from scratch is a must.
  • Very strong expertise with test automation of Web Apps, complex APIs, Mobile apps is necessary.
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing is a plus.
  • Experience integrating automated testing with CI/CD pipelines and maintaining high coverage and rapid feedback is desired.
  • Knowledge of agentic testing applications, practical use of LLMs and AI in testing, and a willingness to experiment with the latest QA tools is highly valued.
  • An understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps), and structured test reporting is a requirement.
  • A thorough grasp of SDLC, Agile practices, QA methodologies, and team collaboration is expected.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills are essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is a must.
  • 4-5 years hands-on experience in SDET/test automation roles is required.
