Job Description

As a seasoned paid social strategist, you will lead the execution and support of building strategies for all paid social channels. This encompasses Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

You will be responsible for in-depth and cross-functional analysis to recommend budget allocations across channels, devices, and campaigns.

The goal is to drive app acquisition campaign improvement and ensure accountability for performance against monthly targets while coaching team members.

Identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test and learning.

Owning the full project and campaign lifecycle, including leading other projects if necessary, ensures high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with local marketing teams and provide clear guidance on executing local tactics effectively.

Continuously contribute to improving best practice guidelines and sharing digital expertise across teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Successfully managed campaigns for at least two of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, or Twitter.
  • Developed strong app acquisition expertise and ideally have full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Lead projects, instruct teams, and manage various stakeholders.
  • Break down complex problems into actionable roadmaps.
  • Leverage incrementality test solutions to decide campaign and budget mix.
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Communicate and manage stakeholders effectively.
