  • Serving as the primary point of contact between students, mentors, and the team.
  • Monitoring student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing timely support.
  • Collaborating with mentors to deliver high-quality sessions and ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Developing and refining post-sales processes to enhance the student journey.
  • Tracking key metrics such as attendance, completion rates, feedback, and NPS to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Utilizing insights from data to identify gaps and implement improvements in program delivery.
  • Working closely with sales, content, and product teams to refine the overall experience.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in EdTech program management, managing students, mentors, and operational processes.
  • A strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
