Lead and Drive Our PLM IT Services Business

We are seeking an experienced business leader to spearhead the growth of our PLM IT services practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Practice Strategy and Growth
    • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the PLM practice aligned with company goals and objectives.
    • Build, manage, and scale practice capabilities, including people, solutions, tools, and processes.
    • Establish technical and delivery excellence within the practice.
  2. Business Development and Customer Success
    • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
    • Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations.
    • Drive account mining and expansion opportunities within key client accounts.
  3. Delivery Oversight and Management
    • Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects within the practice.
    • Implement robust governance frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and manage escalations.
  4. Capability Building and Innovation
    • Identify future skill requirements and proactively build internal competencies through training, mentoring, and hiring.
    • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
  5. Requirements and Qualifications
    • Experience Range: Minimum 15-25 years in IT services with at least 5 years in Project/Practice Management.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proven experience in building and scaling practices or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
