Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the capacity of our network infrastructure and ensure data integrity for informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in network capacity management, a bachelor's degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The role involves analyzing and maintaining data integrity within the network infrastructure to support decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include performing annual renewal of the Long-Range Capacity Plan, developing strategic insights, and recommending solutions to management.

The successful candidate will also support Network Segment Leaders by conducting data analytics for specific network projects, partner with various functions across the world, and develop and implement strategic plans for network capacity management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform and maintain the annual renewal of the Long-Range Capacity Plan for the segment and develop/share strategic insights and shape recommendations to solve capacity constraint for proposal to management.
  • Analyze and maintain data integrity within the network infrastructure to support decision-making processes.
  • Support Network Segment Leaders by doing data analytics for specific network projects (e.g., E2E supply chain optimization, network footprint optimization).
  • Partner with various functions across the world (Network, Regional Value Stream, Plants lead, External Manufacturing, Regional plan, DTO) to deliver an aligned output.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for network capacity management to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
