We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to craft innovative and user-centered experiences in the B2B banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to understand user behavior, leveraging human-centered design principles to create compelling designs that meet business objectives
  • Organize complex information into intuitive formats, ensuring consistency across products through effective use of the design system
  • Present and articulate design thinking, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business results
  • Utilize industry knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement, managing the design workload to ensure timely delivery in an Agile environment
  • Maintain close communication with cross-functional teams across different locations, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools through continuous learning and professional development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work in the banking industry, with 5+ years of experience designing digital products and end-to-end product design
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools, demonstrating proven ability to deliver high-quality banking products that meet business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience creating cohesive product experiences with attention to detail, as well as ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
  • Skill in understanding and communicating design and technical trade-offs, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement and growth
