Job Title: Strategic Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional to play the role of a strategic business partner, culture architect, and industrial relations guardian. The ideal candidate should have expertise in talent acquisition, leadership pipeline development, and organizational design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and executing a group-wide HR vision aligned with the conglomerate's business strategy.
  • Developing a robust talent pipeline for CXO and BU leadership roles across businesses.
  • Creating an agile organizational structure that allows synergies across businesses while respecting BU autonomy.
  • Driving a common culture of ethics, innovation, and performance across diverse business verticals.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, automotive, pharma/medical regulations, and EV ecosystems.
  • Expertise in industrial relations, especially in South India's labour ecosystem.
  • Deep knowledge of global pharma compliance from an HR lens.
