Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

The primary objective of this position is to serve as the technical liaison between our organization and its clients. As a senior data scientist, you will play a pivotal role in architecting end-to-end machine learning solutions that cater to the unique needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the client's organization.
  • Design and implement predictive models, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications tailored to customer use cases.
  • Lead proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, and production implementations while ensuring seamless integration with customer systems.
  • Conduct thorough data assessments, provide strategic recommendations for machine learning initiatives, and guide clients through the model lifecycle management process.
  • Provide mentorship to client teams and foster internal data science capabilities through training and best practices sharing.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance existing solutions and identify new product opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data science with a minimum of 2 years in client-facing or consulting roles.
  • A proven track record of delivering machine learning solutions in production environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Programming languages: Advanced Python and R, strong SQL capabilities.
  • Machine Learning Expertise: Deep learning, NLP, traditional ML algorithms, and generative AI/LLMs.
