Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish robust governance and structured project reporting mechanisms to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery efficiency.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project and delivery management.
  • Strong scope and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience with PLM platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS (preferred).
  • Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.
  • Proficiency in business development and account growth.

Desirable Skills:

  • PLM functional knowledge and familiarity with industry platforms.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
