Job Opportunity: Java Trainer

As a seasoned Java Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills of learners. In this highly rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to conduct engaging live classes and mentor learners in Core Java, Advanced Java, and relevant frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate learner progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners through one-on-one mentoring sessions and written assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials that meet industry standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to plan schedules and track learner progress.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical expertise in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, REST, and have experience working with Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above. Proficiency in Webserver/Application Server usage, analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

  • Strong understanding of Java technology stack (Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Struts)
  • Proficiency in database management using SQL
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs
