- Organize awareness programs to promote student rights and responsibilities.

- Master's Degree with at least 10 years of experience in teaching or administration in higher education institutions.
- Proven ability to manage student discipline and welfare.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in similar roles or student affairs.
- Knowledge of university policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
