Senior Media Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Media Strategist to lead our television and out-of-home (OOH) media planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Planning and Execution
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive TV and OOH campaigns for key clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and budgets.
  2. Manage and optimize allocated media budgets to maximize ROI, tracking and reporting spends with accuracy and transparency.
Client Management
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client conversations on TV, OOH planning, and overall media strategies.
  2. Provide insights, recommendations, and performance updates to build strong client relationships.
Team Leadership
  1. Lead and mentor a team of media planners, ensuring quality outputs and timely deliverables.
  2. Provide training and guidance to upskill team members in media planning best practices.
Campaign Performance Monitoring
  1. Monitor campaign performance and share actionable insights for optimization.
  2. Prepare and present regular performance reports for internal and client reviews.
Collaboration and Communication
  1. Work closely with buying, analytics, and creative teams to ensure holistic media solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6–8 years of experience in media agencies, specializing in TV and OOH planning.
  • Strong understanding of media planning tools (e.g., BARC, TAM, OTS analysis, mapping tools).
  • Proven experience in managing media budgets and delivering optimized plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to handle client discussions effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team of at least 2–3 members.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach to planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
  • Experience working with consumer electronics or handset brands.
  • Familiarity with cross-platform campaign integration (digital + offline)
