Key Responsibilities

As a sales specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients
  • Negotiating loan agreements and ensuring timely disbursements
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance

You will also be expected to:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies

Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in agri-loans or a related field
  • A strong sales acumen and ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools

The salary for this position is estimated at ₹750,000 - ₹1,000,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
