We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to lead our team's implementation, support, and upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP Security and GRC projects including implementation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Design, build, and maintain roles and authorizations in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
  • Configure and administer GRC Access Control modules including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.
  • Analyze and mitigate Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks in coordination with business and audit teams.
  • Collaborate with project teams to align security solutions with business objectives.
  • Conduct periodic role reviews, user access reviews, and provide audit support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control.
  • Expertise in role design/redesign for S/4HANA and ECC systems.
  • Experience with SAP GRC configuration and customization.
  • A deep understanding of SoD, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with integrations to non-SAP systems and cloud platforms is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
