Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technology Director to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to drive software solution design, development, and delivery.

  • Lead and manage software developers working on .NET technologies.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and recommending improvements in architecture and processes.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework to solve complex development challenges.
  • Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of software development experience with strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a technical leadership/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and application frameworks.
  • Experience with databases and integration with .NET applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern frameworks, front-end technologies, and Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
