Job Title:
An innovative leader to spearhead our cutting-edge AI Engineering initiative
- Foster a high-performing team of 2-3 engineers, collaborating cross-functionally with product, child development experts, and design teams.
- Design and build the technical foundation of our company from scratch, ensuring seamless integration of cloud services, databases, and large language models.
- Develop and fine-tune large language models for child-safe interactions, training them on proprietary multimodal datasets, and evaluating open-source and proprietary models for performance, safety, and scale.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP, specifically focused on LLMs, with a proven track record of fine-tuning, training, and optimizing LLMs.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and generative models.
- Strong Python skills with experience in PyTorch, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Weights & Biases.
- Experience with cloud platforms, AI/ML services, MLOps tooling, containerization, and orchestration is highly desirable.
