About the Role:

Zupee is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Fraud Risk Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify potential fraudulent activity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze wallets and data to identify suspected fraud activity based on escalations received from law enforcement agencies, banks, and government partners.
  • Detect existing fraud trends by analyzing account patterns and transactions.
  • Handle chargebacks of varying levels and respond promptly with incident reports to relevant parties.
  • Analyze chargeback data to identify recurring fraud trends and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Monitor customer behavior to identify potential fraudulent patterns and provide actionable insights using available tools.
  • Collaborate with the portfolio team to optimize risk management strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to break down complex, evolving fraudulent activities and assess the impact of technological, product, and process changes.
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed by Investigators and Managers.
  • Support the retail/financial fraud department in preparing interim and final reports and recommendations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop internal tools supporting the platform in collaboration with the Engineering and Product teams.
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with all stakeholders, including customers, government officials, and internal partners.
